If you are 5-8" or taller, you have probably noticed that the stock windscreen on theCB500X is just a bit short and allows some wind buffeting to occur at cruising speeds. There are a few companies on eBay offering taller windscreens, but all the ones we tested had considerable quality issues. From the attachment holes being up to 1/2" out of alignment with the stock mounting points to visible ripples in the polycarbonate from overheating the plastic in the forming process. We finally found a reputable windscreen manufacturer that was willing to make a windscreen specifically for us to our specifications.
2-1/2" taller than the stock windscreen on 2016-2018 models and 1-3/4" taller than the 2019-2021 stock windscreens.
