The stainless steel SRC oil cooler cage provides full wrap-around protection of the HIMALAYAN'S vulnerable oil cooler up on the left side of the engine. A rock or stick puncture here could quickly drain the lifeblood of the engine, resulting in a seized motor in just a few minutes if it went unnoticed.

The Rally Pro X-Strong is a durable injection-molded Nylon composite handguard that features an anodized aluminum bar for ultimate protection. It includes an indexed steel bar-end insert that mounts solidly and will not allow the guard to rotate in a crash. The included X-Strong mount kit allows the protection to be mounted to the handlebar with plenty of room for cables and brake lines. Optional spoilers are sold separately.

This is a universal part that fits most adventure motorcycles: Please note that some models with adjustable windscreens may need to have the windscreen in the forward-most location, such as the Royal Enfield Himalayan, to avoid contact at full lock. 

These are not compatible on Honda CB500X, NX500 and Honda Africa Twins.

PLEASE NOTE: Some OEM bars will require the removal of weighted bar ends and possibly other minor modifications to install handguards.

• Stout 1" (25mm) tube with 1/8" (3mm ) wall thickness
• CNC Laser cut bracketry and mounts for a precise fit
• Sacrificial heavy-duty delrin guards at critical impact zones that are easily replaced if they are damaged in a tip-over
• The design of this V2  guard set with lower engine cross guards requires the right bar to be loosened for clearance of oil cover bolt removal for filter change.

A common question is “Can the skid plate and crash bars be installed together?”  Yes, both parts include spacers that are used in the main mounting locations when the part is installed by itself. When adding the second part, the spacer is removed to allow room for the 2nd parts mounting bracket thickness.
