LED Driving Light upgrade for 2017-2020 HONDA CRF 250L Rally and 2021-2025 300L Rally

Fits 2017 to 2025 Honda CRF 250L Rally/300L Rally models

HONDA was nice enough to include a handy 10 AMP* switched accessory lead that is clipped inside the left front fairing on the CRF 250L Rally & 300L Rally models, however, they have yet to release an accessory lead to plug into it! So we picked up the ball and sourced the correct original HONDA waterproof connectors and built them. All leads are 18" long and allow for safe routing from the left upper fairing, following the factory harness routing to the Rally tower and the mount easily installs using a rubber well nut. 

Two options are available to choose from: 12-volt & Dual USB

Please note, the 250 & 300 installs are the same. 

Please select between these two versions of the Electrical Accessory Lead:

• Dual USB option
• 12-Volt Socket option

Dual USB Version: This is a high-quality dual USB charger with an OE appearance featuring a water-resistant spring-loaded hinged cover. The dual USB charger outputs 2.1 amps for fast phone charging and features a blue led indicator to let you know it's on. Easily installed in just a couple of minutes, all you need is an 8mm wrench or socket to tighten the well nut to secure the bracket to the Rally Tower tube. (remove the rubber plug from the left end of the upper tower bar and insert well nut and snug it up until the bracket is secure!) And plug the other end into the auxiliary power connector inside the left fairing of the Rally. 

12 Volt Socket Version: (cigarette lighter style) This is a high-quality 12-volt socket we developed to offer an OEM appearance, with a water-resistant hinged spring-loaded cover. Easily installed in just a couple of minutes, all you need is an 8mm wrench or socket to tighten the well nut to secure the bracket to the Rally Tower tube. (remove the rubber plug from the left end of the upper tower bar and insert well nut and snug it up until the bracket is secure!) And plug the other end into the auxiliary power connector inside the left fairing of the Rally. (2017-2019 CRF 250L kit mounts on the front side of the top right fork triple clamp)

* This is a 10 AMP Switched circuit (fuse #5 on the Rally), which means it is turned off and on by the bikes ignition switch.

If you are planning to use a 12-volt compact air compressor, be sure to check it to make sure it does not draw more than 10 amps! Usually better to get a compressor that connects to your battery tender SAE connector and ensure it's got the proper capacity.

So we picked up the ball and sourced the correct original HONDA waterproof connectors and built it.

The 2017-20225 CRF 250L/300L and Rally's accessory connector is located behind the headlamp on the right side.  It is located inside a small black vinyl protective boot.  However, HONDA has yet to release an accessory lead to plug into it! So we picked up the ball and sourced the correct original HONDA waterproof connectors and built it. Leads are 18" long and allow for safe routing, following the factory harness routing to the instrument cluster area or handlebars to connect to your accessory.  

Our plug-and-play accessory lead is easy to install,  just unclip the stock connector cap, connect this lead and attach to your accessory with the included posi lock quick connectors! Posi Lock instructions are included in each kit.  

Kit includes 18" 2 circuit lead (18 gauge red 12V+ and Black ground) terminated with Posi Lock connectors with abrasion sheath and 2 black zip ties for secure installation.  Posi-Lock® Connectors have been put to the test worldwide since 1997. Superior in-line splices with just hand tightening! These electrical connectors require no crimping or soldering.  An electrical connector that meets the needs of today's OEM's, and is so good, it's reusable. Truly a connector for the 21st century.

12 Volt Socket USB Adapter- For your convenience, We've sourced a rugged Dual USB high output (2.10 quick charger circuitry) charger with aluminum housing for use with the 12 Volt socket kit-  Available on the electrical accessories section of our site.   It does not fit flush to the socket housing, so it keeps the cover about 3/4 of the way open, which provides easy access to the lower port as well as providing some protection against light rain/water exposure.
