The 300L Rally skid plate/Crashbar combo is available here. 

The 300L skidplate can be installed on the Rally models by removing / trimming the bodywork plastics.

2025 Rally models have new wider bodywork. We have confirmed that our crash bars with integrated skid plate do fit!

Protect your 300L Rally's vulnerable underside including the exhaust, oil cooler, side cases, etc with SRC's innovative heavy-duty skid plate/crash bar combo! 

The innovative desing features an integrated aluminum skid plate and is lighter and increases structural integrity over the competitins 2 piece designs. 

In regards to a conventional full upper and lower crash bar set for the Rally, It’s SRC’s opinion that the upper front side fairing mounts aren’t strong enough for a full crash bar set. The only upper attachment point is on the bikes Rally tower frame and any impacts to the crash bar would end up damaging the tower frame structure, so they developed this kit below. Plus in most falls, the end of the handlebar and footpeg hold the bodywork away from the ground. 

To Clarify- 

This kit does not fit the 250L or 250L Rally!

300L model owners: *see detail at the bottom of this page regarding installation on the 300L. 

• Stout 1" (25mm) drawn over mandrel crash bar tube (DOM) with 1/8" (3mm ) wall thickness
• Skid plate is made of 11 gauge ( 1/8" / 3mm) thick  304 aluminum sheet with stainless hardware.

* We have had inquiries about fitting this kit to the 300L, and it does fit, but be aware that the crash bars are positioned a couple of inches away from the motor to clear the Rally's bodywork. Here are a few photos from a customer that installed them on his new 300L recently.

SRC Crash Bars have cool sacrificial nylon pads that are strategically positioned to be the point of impact if you happen to drop your bike or have a tip over.  If you do happen to scratch one up, you can easily remove it and install a freshie!

These are designed to fit 1" diameter bars. All SRC bars are 1" and they should fit other brands of crash bars that are 1"/25mm diameter. 

 Please Note: These are not solid frame sliders.  Frame sliders are designed to grind away in a fall on the pavement at speed. These are more for tip-overs at low speed to protect the crash bars from scratches etc.
