Fits 2017 to 2025 Honda CRF 250L Rally/300L Rally models

HONDA was nice enough to include a handy 10 AMP* switched accessory lead that is clipped inside the left front fairing on the CRF 250L Rally & 300L Rally models, however, they have yet to release an accessory lead to plug into it! So we picked up the ball and sourced the correct original HONDA waterproof connectors and built them. All leads are 18" long and allow for safe routing from the left upper fairing, following the factory harness routing to the Rally tower and the mount easily installs using a rubber well nut. 

Two options are available to choose from: 12-volt & Dual USB

Dual USB Version: This is a high-quality dual USB charger with an OE appearance featuring a water-resistant spring-loaded hinged cover. The dual USB charger outputs 2.1 amps for fast phone charging and features a blue led indicator to let you know it's on. Easily installed in just a couple of minutes, all you need is an 8mm wrench or socket to tighten the well nut to secure the bracket to the Rally Tower tube. (remove the rubber plug from the left end of the upper tower bar and insert well nut and snug it up until the bracket is secure!) And plug the other end into the auxiliary power connector inside the left fairing of the Rally. 

12 Volt Socket Version: (cigarette lighter style) This is a high-quality 12-volt socket we developed to offer an OEM appearance, with a water-resistant hinged spring-loaded cover. Easily installed in just a couple of minutes, all you need is an 8mm wrench or socket to tighten the well nut to secure the bracket to the Rally Tower tube. (remove the rubber plug from the left end of the upper tower bar and insert well nut and snug it up until the bracket is secure!) And plug the other end into the auxiliary power connector inside the left fairing of the Rally. (2017-2019 CRF 250L kit mounts on the front side of the top right fork triple clamp)

Over the years we have tried many popular Adventure bike mirror options and always come back to the simple and durable DoubleTake ADV sets as they simply work and provide an excellent field of view with minimal vibration distortion.  We feel this is the most important feature, functionality over form. There are a bunch of small/minimalist options to choose from on the web if you're into that, but safety and visibility are most important to us and that's why we run the DOUBLETAKE ADVENTURE mirrors on all of our bikes. 

Kit includes:  2 mirrors, 2 - 6" RAM Arms, 2 - 1" RAM Ball mounts, and thread adapters for your bike if needed, a small tube of Loctite thread locker (SRC exclusive!) Apply thread locker to adapter and ball mount threads to prevent your mirrors from vibrating loose.  Everything you need to install them in just a few minutes on most bikes!  

Install Tip: We recommend using one of the extension arms tightly clamped onto the ball mount to tighten the ball mount (and adapters if needed) into the mirror mounts of your bike.

Below is the DoubleTake Mirror inventors story of how the DoubleTakes came to be-

This mirror is the product of much frustration- I spent years breaking other designs and wondering what was going on behind me on the road. Eventually, when I dropped my bike and found myself buying two(!) new master cylinders as a result, I decided it was time to make a really good mirror, one that would function well as a mirror, and also protect the bike (and me) from damage. I had three goals for my design: That it work as well as an OEM mirror for seeing what was going on behind. That it would be indestructible. It would have to give way in a crash to avoid damage not only to the mirror, but also to the bike. That it could fold completely out of the way, so that when I am offroad, I don't have to think about it. Many experiments later, the mirrors for sale here is the result. Both models hit all three marks right on the nose. We use SAE spec glass to give maximum visibility (it can be important to distinguish Crown Victoria headlights from other vehicles!), it is made right here in Colorado Springs from a super tough nylon that we are so certain will survive we offer a lifetime warranty (on the housing, not the glass, but you can buy the glass separately), and sure enough, it folds right down when you want it gone. If you're deciding between the Adventure model, and the Enduro, our advice is simple. If you plan to fold the mirror down a large percentage of the time, the Enduro is right for you. The long size means the head of the mirror tucks away right behind the headlight. If the mirror will more or less remain extended, get the Adventure- the more compact design is more stable at highway speeds. Either way, you can't go wrong.

In regards to a conventional full upper and lower crash bar set for the Rally, It’s SRC’s opinion that the upper front side fairing mount isn’t strong enough for a full crash bar set. The only upper attachment point is on the bikes Rally tower frame and any impacts to the crash bar would end up damaging the tower frame structure, so they developed this kit below. Plus in most falls, the end of the handlebar and footpeg hold the bodywork away from the ground.

The 2017-2022 CRF 250L/300L and Rally's accessory connector is located behind the headlamp on the right side.  It is located inside a small black vinyl protective boot.  However, HONDA has yet to release an accessory lead to plug into it! Leads are 18" long and allow for safe routing, following the factory harness routing to the instrument cluster area or handlebars to connect to your accessory.  

Our plug-and-play accessory lead is easy to install,  just unclip the stock connector cap, connect this lead and attach to your accessory with the included posi lock quick connectors! Posi Lock instructions are included in each kit.  

Kit includes 18" 2 circuit lead (18 gauge red 12V+ and Black ground) terminated with Posi Lock connectors with abrasion sheath and 2 black zip ties for secure installation.  Posi-Lock® Connectors have been put to the test worldwide since 1997. Fits 2021-2024 300L RALLY

About 2" lower than stock seat

For some reason, the CRF 300L and Rally's have really tall seat heights (over 35" and taller than the AFRICA TWIN!?! ), especially for a small displacement beginner bike.

So we have some options to get your feet firmly on the ground. We are pleased to offer these custom-shaped lowering seats that lower the seat height by about 2". These are brand new original HONDA seats that have been hand-shaped and re-formed to reduce the seat height by about 2" There is still 1-1/2" of foam cushion in the main seating area, so normal ADV riding won't be an issue, but if you are a hard-charging off-roader frequently getting airborne, it might be a bit firm on some landings! :-) 

These were developed after my wife was about to give up on her Rally as it was too tall for her. She is relatively new to offroad riding and really felt unsafe and uncomfortable on the Rally, especially when riding on sidehills and slippery surfaces where she was not able to touch the ground when needed. We had already installed a lowering link and that helped, but she wanted it lower to feel comfortable. So we gave one of these a try and she now loves her Rally!  Easily installed in just a couple of minutes with common hand tools. 

We occasionally get further inquiries regarding lowering options and this is our general reply: 

The cons of running a link are due to the geometry change in the suspension. In a nutshell, the bike becomes "choppered out" slightly. So the bike likes to go straight (improves straight-line stability), but when cornering on loose surfaces such as gravel roads or lose dirt, the bikes front end will have a bit more of a tendency to plow or push through corners. This is not noticeable on pavement and a beginner off road rider probably won't push the limits of traction enough to have it be an issue, but if you are an experienced off-road rider, you will most likely notice it.

SRC Crash Bars have cool sacrificial nylon pads that are strategically positioned to be the point of impact if you happen to drop your bike or have a tip over.  If you do happen to scratch one up, you can easily remove it and install a freshie!

These are designed to fit 1" diameter bars. All SRC bars are 1" and they should fit other brands of crash bars that are 1"/25mm diameter. 

 Please Note: These are not solid frame sliders.  Frame sliders are designed to grind away in a fall on the pavement at speed. These are more for tip-overs at low speed to protect the crash bars from scratches etc.

Please be aware: All lowering link alter the rear shock linkage leverage ratio, effectively making the rear shock spring softer. And it's already too soft for most riders as it's set up for a 100 lb beginner rider.  If you ride primarily on the street, it probably won't be that big of a deal, but if you ride off-road on loose surfaces, it will have a tendency to make the bike plow through corners instead of carving corners. The front end will push if that makes sense.

MOTO STUFF premium Steel Braided Brake lines by CORE MOTO are made to our own specifications using only the highest quality materials including Dupont PTFE liners and a tight weave aircraft-grade stainless steel casing covered in Clear, Red or Stealth Black vinyl and an industry exclusive clear translucent HD ACRYLON sheathing to prevent abrasion and provide precise alignment on the bike.

The stainless steel banjo fittings are powder coated bright Red or Blue and are adjustable for precise fitment! Each line also comes with Stainless steel Banjo Bolts and a new set of copper sealing washers.

Upgrading to a stainless line will improve brake lever feel by reducing line expansion, especially on bike with stock rubber lines that are more than 6 months old (around 20-30 hours of use) year old which will begin to flex and balloon when the brakes are applied. Also, the smaller inside diameter of our lines reduces the volume of fluid being compressed so the response is quicker.

Our lines are made using 2.5mm tubing vs the 3mm tubing most common aftermarket braided lines are made of. This improves response. 

The patented adjustable banjo fittings eliminate binding issues and excessive rubbing /abrasion. (easily adjusted using pliers to grip and rotate the line at the crimp joint area) Kit includes 1 line, a set of 4 new crush washers and 2 stainless steel banjo bolts.

Fits all 2012-2025 HONDA CRF 250L/300L and Rally Models* 

If you've never run a wider high-quality footpeg, you will be pleasantly surprised by the improvement this inexpensive and easy-to-install upgrade will make! Upgrading to a wider platform foot peg make s a dramatic improvement in comfort as well as greatly improving grip in wet muddy conditions. Our 50mm wide Chrome-Moly pegs are a great value and easy to install.

It only takes about 10 minutes to install with common hand tools. The 50mm width and aggressive tooth profile offer about 50% more contact surface to reduce foot arch strain and improve grip. The wide platform and increased contact points will improve rider confidence in sketchy situations!

The Rally Pro X-Strong is a durable injection-molded Nylon composite handguard that features an anodized aluminum bar for ultimate protection. It includes an indexed steel bar-end insert that mounts solidly and will not allow the guard to rotate in a crash. The included X-Strong mount kit allows the protection to be mounted to the handlebar with plenty of room for cables and brake lines. Optional spoilers are sold separately.

This is a universal part that fits most adventure motorcycles: Please note that some models with adjustable windscreens may need to have the windscreen in the forward-most location, such as the Royal Enfield Himalayan, to avoid contact at full lock. These are not compatible on Honda CB500X's and Honda Africa Twins.

Innovative modular design made of high-strength lightweight aluminum alloy. Entire rack only weighs 4.2 lbs! 

Top rack surface dimensions are roughly 14” long and 9’ wide at the front, tapering to 8” at the rear.

Side racks add other 12” X 6” top surface making the full rack top surface roughly 14” X 20”

Please Note: The CRF 300L/Rally specifications indicate a max subframe load of 35 lbs. We have been loading our racks with nearly 60 pounds of gear for the past 2 years and have put about 8,000 miles on our 2 Honda 250L's over all types of terrain and we have not had any issues with the racks or subframe, but the more extreme your usage, it is something to be aware of and take into consideration.

SRC Full Dash Panel 2021-2024 CRF 300L Rally  

Does not fit the 300L due to ignition switch interference. 

 Add some room for switches and electrical accessories in an ergonomically safe and accessible location around the perimeter of the stock instrument panel.  Constructed of 16 gauge steel powder coated a nice satin black.  

PLEASE NOTE! If your Rally is equipped with ABS, you will need to relocate the ABS switch and bracket.  (see video at the bottom of this page for details) 

Please note that the installed image shows a red and green switch.  These are for the Asia market, we upgrade to a higher quality switch as shown in the 1st image.

• Dash panel with water-resistant rocker switches with bright red LED indicators

To install, you'll need to remove the instrument panel. This is fairly easy. It takes about half an hour with common hand tools.  We recommend watching the first 60 seconds of our LED TURN SIGNAL VIDEO as it clearly shows how to remove the windscreen,  the headlight assembly for easy access to the 3 screws that hold the instrument panel in place as well as the wiring harness connector. With the panel removed, position the Rally Dash into place end then simply re-install the panel, headlight, and windscreen, connect the power lead to the 12-volt connector inside the left fairing (you'll need to remove the protective dust cap prior to making the connection) and you are ready to wire up the switches to power your favorite electrical accessories! * 

* Due to popular demand, we now offer a version of the dash with the switches fully wired and ready to attach to the 12V+ connection of your 12-volt accessories such as auxiliary lights, heated grips, heated gear, etc. Each switch offers an 18" long wire lead that is controlled by the rocker switch and terminated with a Posi-Lock (see below for a description of how Posi-lock functions). This circuit is powered by the bikes auxiliary 12-volt power source that the dash plugs into, so the switches power will also be turned off when the ignition is switched off.  Please call or email if you need further explanation of how it works, but basically, all the SRC dash accessory circuits are switched by the ignition.  The 2 rocker switches provide additional power and switching options whenever the key is in the on position. 

 If you purchase the non pre-wired switches version- Here's How to wire the included switches to power additional accessories. (PS- Due to popular demand, we now offer a version of the dash with the switches fully wired and ready to attach to your 12-volt accessories such as auxiliary lights, heated grips, heated gear, etc) 

 *This is a 15 AMP switched circuit on the 250L Rally, which means it is turned off and on by the bikes ignition switch.

WARNING: Most High output horns will draw too much amperage for this circuit. If you are planning to use a 12-volt compact air compressor, be sure to check it to make sure it does not draw more than 10 amps! Usually better to get a compressor that connects to your battery tender SAE connector and ensure it's got the proper capacity.

Please note, that we had quality problems with these in the past and discontinued them. We were recently contacted (October of 2024) by a new manufacturer and the quality is excellent. They are laser cut and machine formed, so the fit and finish is superior to what we had in the past. 

If you are 5'8" or taller, you have probably noticed that the stock windscreen on the Rally is just a bit short and allows some wind buffeting to occur at cruising speeds.
