To keep it square to the headlight, you will have to make a slight modification to the windscreen to expose the lower mounting hole.  (use a round file to remove enough material to allow the rearmost headlight guard mounting bolts to be installed.)

The generous 4-gallon tank on the HIMILAYAN provides a range of about 250 miles. Add up to another 100  miles range with SRC Auxiliary fuel can kits! 

The SRC auxiliary fuel can bolts on using existing mounting points on the HIMALAYAN upper front cargo racks.  Rugged 2 mm thick powder-coated steel brackets have lower and upper support points to provide years of safe and secure service.  Unlike other mounts on the market that only mount at the top and are prone to stress cracking from repeated flexing. 

Please Note: Unlike competitor's kits, this kit is fully assembled and ready to install. We also apply a heavy-duty EPDM foam seating surface to prevent vibration and improve the functionality of the retention system. 

Kit includes: 

• 1 Himalayan-specific bracket (Select left or right side when ordering) 
• 1- 3L (.8 gal) gas can with integrated spout and quick-release mount

Here's a nice video (below) from a customer who installed the crash bars and skid plate at the same time.  When installing the SRC crash bars with SRC skid plate, use the brackets and bolts that come with the skid plate as shown in the video below beginning at around the 3:00 minute mark.

2020-2021 full and lower kits are compatible with SRC skid plate.

*2022-2023 models, you can not use the SRC V2 skid plate and lower crash bars. 

PLEASE NOTE! The SRC lower crash bars as well as most others are not compatible with the SRC V2 skid plate. That being said, the SRC V2 skid plate wing extensions do a good job of protecting the lower portions of the engine.

Innovative modular design made of high-strength lightweight aluminum alloy. Entire rack only weighs 4.2 lbs! 

Top rack surface dimensions are roughly 14” long and 9’ wide at the front, tapering to 8” at the rear.

Side racks add other 12” X 6” top surface making the full rack top surface roughly 14” X 20”

Please Note: The CRF 300L/Rally specifications indicate a max subframe load of 35 lbs. We have been loading our racks with nearly 60 pounds of gear for the past 2 years and have put about 8,000 miles on our 2 Honda 250L's over all types of terrain and we have not had any issues with the racks or subframe, but the more extreme your usage, it is something to be aware of and take into consideration.
