Fits 2017 to 2025 Honda CRF 250L Rally/300L Rally models
HONDA was nice enough to include a handy 10 AMP* switched accessory lead that is clipped inside the left front fairing on the CRF 250L Rally & 300L Rally models, however, they have yet to release an accessory lead to plug into it! So we picked up the ball and sourced the correct original HONDA waterproof connectors and built them. All leads are 18" long and allow for safe routing from the left upper fairing, following the factory harness routing to the Rally tower and the mount easily installs using a rubber well nut.
Two options are available to choose from: 12-volt & Dual USB
Please note, the 250 & 300 installs are the same.

Dual USB Version:This is a high-quality dual USB charger with an OE appearance featuring a water-resistant spring-loaded hinged cover. The dual USB charger outputs 2.1 amps for fast phone charging and features a blue led indicator to let you know it's on. Easily installed in just a couple of minutes, all you need is an 8mm wrench or socket to tighten the well nut to secure the bracket to the Rally Tower tube. (remove the rubber plug from the left end of the upper tower bar and insert well nut and snug it up until the bracket is secure!) And plug the other end into the auxiliary power connector inside the left fairing of the Rally.
12 Volt Socket Version:(cigarette lighter style) This is a high-quality 12-volt socket we developed to offer an OEM appearance, with a water-resistant hinged spring-loaded cover. Easily installed in just a couple of minutes, all you need is an 8mm wrench or socket to tighten the well nut to secure the bracket to the Rally Tower tube. (remove the rubber plug from the left end of the upper tower bar and insert well nut and snug it up until the bracket is secure!) When we read early reviews of the Rally, the stock LED headlights got some good praises, so we were looking forward to not having to do any lighting upgrades to our new bikes. However, after owning our bikes for a while and logging some night miles, it became clear that there is considerable room for improvement in the lighting department. The stock LED system is OK for around town, but if you are traveling back roads, the stock beam pattern is too narrow and short. And there is also a large dead area right in the middle of the pattern that is lacking illumination. To resolve the issue, we researched mounting options and began testing high-end lamps from PIAA, RIGID, BAJA Designs and CYCLOPS. The result of our testing is a plug-and-play kit that can easily be installed in about 30 minutes with common hand tools and requires no cutting into the electrical system. The MOTO STUFF DayLighter kit features the class-leading BLACK OAK LED PRO 2.0 driving lamp offering the best value and performance in our opinion.
Our bracket system provides 4 hard rubber isolated mounting points on the Rally tower, so the lamp is securely mounted and will not move out of adjustment even in harsh off-road conditions.
Easily installed in about an hour with common hand tools and no cutting of the wiring harness as it plugs directly into the Rally's accessory socket!
Our wire harness uses high-end DEUTSCH waterproof connectors and takes advantage of the Rally's powered auxiliary port inside the left fairing for power. And as a bonus, we've integrated an additional auxiliary port into our harness, so you can add our 12 Volt socket or USB charging accessories. (the Rally auxiliary port is a switched 15 amp circuit. Our light upgrade requires 5 amps, so that leaves enough reserve to power a dual USB or 12-volt socket accessory) We've also automated the switching by integrating a waterproof Hitachi micro-relay that is controlled by the Rally's semi-CANBUS controller, which automatically triggers the lamp to switch on when the high beam is selected.

For some reason, Royal Enfield failed to offer any extra fused and switched accessory circuits or a standard battery tender connector on the HIMILAYAN. So we have designed and manufactured a nice harness with some cool features that anyone should be able to install in about 30 minutes with common hand tools. The harness is made of high-quality OEM grade materials for years of trouble-free service. It is also protected by a 15 amp fuse.

SAE connector for quick connection of Battery Tender
We recently discovered that some owners of ABS models were having a hard time locating the tail light connector we were using for the switched 12-volt circuit to energize our harness when the ignition is switched on. So we did some further investigation and found an easy connection point on the bikes diagnostic service connector on all Himalayans that can be used for this.
The printed instructions show this new connection point in step 5. The video below still shows the old connection point. (This is shown beginning at around 6:40 for reference)
This is the diagnostic connector (photo below) with the yellow 12-volt switch circuiton our harness connected.
Installation overview:
Remove the seat to gain access to the battery, connect the red lead of the MOTO STUFF harness to the positive battery terminal and the black lead to the negative battery terminal. Use the included Posi-Tap connector to attach the MOTO STUFF relay switch wire to the Himilayan harness near the battery. Route the MOTO STUFF harness under the fuel tank, up through the triple clamps and to the handlebars or to the dash area if you are using one of our 12-volt accessory USB or 12-volt sockets (cigarette lighter style). Available below.

So we have some options to get your feet firmly on the ground. We are pleased to offer these custom-shaped lowering seats that lower the seat height by 2". These are brand new original HONDA seats that have been hand shaped and re-formed to reduce the seat height by 2" There is still 1-1/2" of foam cushion in the main seating area, so normal ADV riding won't be an issue, but if you are a hard-charging off-roader frequently getting airborne, it might be a bit firm on some landings! :-)
These were developed after my wife was about to give up on her Rally as it was too tall for her. She is relatively new to offroad riding and really felt unsafe and uncomfortable on the Rally, especially when riding on sidehills and slippery surfaces where she was not able to touch the ground when needed. We had already installed a lowering link and that helped, but she wanted it lower to feel comfortable. So we gave one of these a try and she now loves her Rally! We occasionally get further inquiries regarding lowering options and this is our general reply:
The cons of running a link are due to the geometry change in the suspension. In a nutshell, the bike becomes "choppered out" slightly. So the bike likes to go straight (improves straight-line stability), but when cornering on loose surfaces such as gravel roads or lose dirt, the bikes front end will have a bit more of a tendency to plow or push through corners. This is not noticeable on pavement and a beginner off road rider probably won't push the limits of traction enough to have it be an issue, but if you are an experienced off-road rider, you will most likely notice it.
In regards to seat comfort, we had to choose a compromise point that had decent comfort and still an effective seat height reduction. If you read through the reviews, you will see a couple of comments about reduced comfort. I generally tell people that you most likely won't notice it riding off-road where you are standing up intermittently, but if you are riding a couple hundred miles of pavement, then its surely to be noticeable.
Lastly, to simulate the ride height adjustment, find some lumber, bricks or something that you can easily stack up on both sides of the bike that you can rest your feet on that is the same height as the potential drop from the seat and link. That will give you a pretty good sense of how it will feel after the mods.

The video of the seat features was made using a CRF 250L and that seat is thicker, so we are able to remove 2.5" of the original foam. The 300 seats are slightly thinner, so we can only remove 2" while retaining a good balance of comfort vs seat height reduction. We retain the original HONDA seat foam as it is very good and considered the benchmark discomfort and support.

Please be aware: All lowering link alter the rear shock linkage leverage ratio, effectively making the rear shock spring softer. And it's already too soft for most riders as it's set up for a 100 lb beginner rider. If you ride primarily on the street, it probably won't be that big of a deal, but if you ride off-road on loose surfaces, it will have a tendency to make the bike plow through corners instead of carving corners. The front end will push if that makes sense.
We generally also recommend that when installing a lowering link that the forks be raised as much as possible without touching the bottom of the handlebars. (assuming no bar risers have been installed). We do offer lowering seats that don't alter the handling.
We occasionally get further inquiries regarding lowering options and this is our general reply:
The cons of running a link are due to the geometry change in the suspension. In a nutshell, the bike becomes "choppered out" slightly. So the bike likes to go straight (improves straight-line stability), but when cornering on loose surfaces such as gravel roads or lose dirt, the bikes front end will have a bit more of a tendency to plow or push through corners. This is not noticeable on pavement and a beginner off road rider probably won't push the limits of traction enough to have it be an issue, but if you are an experienced off-road rider, you will most likely notice it.
In regards to seat comfort, we had to choose a compromise point that had decent comfort and still an effective seat height reduction. If you read through the reviews, you will see a couple of comments about reduced comfort. I generally tell people that you most likely won't notice it riding off-road where you are standing up intermittently, but if you are riding a couple hundred miles of pavement, then its surely to be noticeable.
Lastly, to simulate the ride height adjustment, find some lumber, bricks or something that you can easily stack up on both sides of the bike that you can rest your feet on that is the same height as the potential drop from the seat and link. That will give you a pretty good sense of how it will feel after the mods.

And you will need to use some stainless steel tape to increase the diameter of the bar surface where these housings clamp. And we. usually sand or file off the throttle housing tube ridges so you can't feel them after installing new grips.

Please note, that we had quality problems with these in the past and discontinued them. We were recently contacted (October of 2024) by a new manufacturer and the quality is excellent. They are laser cut and machine formed, so the fit and finish is superior to what we had in the past.
If you are 5'8" or taller, you have probably noticed that the stock windscreen on the Rally is just a bit short and allows some wind buffeting to occur at cruising speeds.

The Roland Sands Design X Kriega Roam Tool Roll is an indispensable piece of kit on any road trip. Store in your luggage or mount to the bike with the Velcro® Molle system, it’s a haven for your tools and spares. Constructed from RSD’s propriety heavy-duty wax cotton together with 1000D Cordura® and super tough Hypalon reinforcement, the blend of Classic and Modern materials with a technical twist. Unclip and roll-out to reveal four YKK® zip access pockets, 10 elastic loops, and a T6 alloy rail with 8 x 3/8" clips for socket management. Additional 1/4” and 1/2” socket rails can also be added.
